We completed the refurbishment of the rental property in Didsbury and handed back to the estate agent, the property has had a full re-plaster, new doors, new windows, Two new bathrooms, new kitchen and White goods, full redecoration and all new floor coverings.
Please see pictures from a recent property Refurbishment and development project in Poynton Cheshire. Three rooms were knocked into one creating a large kitchen/ dining room. The floor was excavated to install underfloor heating and then a new screed floor was installed. The ceiling was a suspended metal ceiling allowing space for insulation and spotlights. The room was then re-plumbed, wired, plastered, new doors, skirting boards and architraves were installed and the area was fully redecorated.
The kitchen was installed and the floor was finished in vinyl floor coverings to create a very high-end finish.

We were tasked with reconfiguring the first and Second floors of a domestic property in Stalybridge, Tameside.
On the First floor, we created a dressing room and Large en-suite bathroom off bedroom One, We installed and tiled the new high-end bath suite and we also re-plumbed and re-wired the affected areas with modern smart sockets and switches which can be operated by mobile phones. We created and plastered soundproof partitions around the external walls and we finished the rooms in bespoke plaster coving and skirting boards to match the existing finish. Finally, secondary double glazing was installed to minimise disturbance from the busy road outside.
In the main family bathroom, we removed the shower cubicle and replaced with an all singing all dancing automated smart shower pod with jets and sprays, bells and whistles, the full monty.
On the second-floor loft room, we partitioned off an area to create a new en-suite bathroom, we installed and tiled a new high-end bath suite with Bath, shower cubicle, toilet, sink, and vanity. Again we re-wired the area to a high spec with all wirelessly controlled lights and switches.
Following a flood in the property, Finalfix attended and ripped out the flood-damaged apartment including all sub floors. We managed the drying process of the property for the insurance claim and once dry we refurbished the property throughout. We reinstated all new sub floors, we supplied and fitted a new kitchen including Oven and Hob, we fitted all new skirting boards and re-fitted doors. Finally we decorated the property throughout, ready for new tenants.
The basement of this property was fully refurbished with new ceilings, walls, floor coverings, and external doors. The work was carried out by a team of highly skilled local tradespeople to a high-end finish Finalfix were appointed as the main contractor on the site and were responsible for Joinery, Decoration, site labouring, roofing, brickwork, layout alterations and plastering.
Other contractors on site included gardeners, landscapers, tilers, basement tanking specialists, ceiling fixers, plumbers and electricians. This was a real team effort and was very well orchestrated by the interior designer and two site managers management team who did a fantastic job liaising with the contractors and customers.
We have been busy in Hyde this week renovating a bathroom. We removed the bath & suite and replaced them with a low level walk-in shower, new toilet and new sink. We clad the walls and ceiling in bathroom cladding and we tiled the floor to complete the job.
